During our recent stay at Harbour Plaza, we were impressed by the spacious and comfortable rooms, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The adjacent shopping malls and park offered convenience and leisure options right at our doorstep. The hotel's shuttle service to the airport was efficient and reasonably priced, ensuring a hassle-free departure. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was in a great location, with easy access to public transportation - a light rail system and bus stop were conveniently located nearby. This made it very convenient for me to explore the city and also get to and from the airport. there were several amenities within walking distance, such as a 7-Eleven and food courts, easy to grab a quick snack or meal.

One thing I didn't particularly like was the feeling of being constantly watched by the staff. It felt a bit intrusive, with even the manager coming to my door for a security check, which I found a bit strange.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the reception staff is professional. The buffet breakfast offers a good mix of Chinese and western dishes. Guests can enjoy facilities like a full-size fridge, cooking hob, and access to a pool.

Some staff members can be rude, particularly the concierge staff who might have difficulty understanding English.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a modern residential area with a huge park just outside the front door. The staff provided superb service, from the porter who greeted me upon arrival to the housekeeping staff who kept my room clean and tidy throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area, and an in-room safe. I particularly appreciated the free wi-fi in the rooms and the flat-screen TV that allowed me to unwind after a busy day. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were also great places to relax and grab a bite to eat.
